They can be easily washed with other darker clothing (like any other dyed fabrics, do not wash with white or light-colored clothing) and tumble-drye low.
When ordering please pay close attention as where have two different size groups available. There are the petite items which you recognize by sizes post-fixied with a "P-" like S-P to XL-P.
Regular sized shirts have normal sizes like L, XL and XXL.
The petite sizes are very similar to junior sizes but if you like one of those you can just choose one to two sizes bigger and they should fit just fine. The only hurdle might be psychological - wearing an XL when you usually fit into M ;-)
