Signing up as an Associate Cool - you want to promote our tie dye - let's get started. We will need the info requested below. The two emails can be the same if your paypal email is the same as your regular email. If there is a person who sponsored you (told you about us) please enter his or her associate ID so that he/she can be credited with sales made by you - otherwise that second tier reward will go to us - and you both don't want that, right? So, please fill out the form below and you will get an email with more information on how to be an associate. The data you fill into the notes will be kept in the database and is used by ThaiDye to process you payment, etc - anything that you want us to know about you and how you work. |
